Due to COVID-19, we have modified the way we are conducting business.  Please review the following for our current operating procedures...

• Our office door will remain LOCKED at all times.  We can conduct all transactions over the phone or through e-mail.
• Please call our office from the safety of your own home to make payments, inquire about renting, account adjustments or any other questions.
• If you must come to the facility to make a payment via cash or check, there is a drop box outside the door where you can safely place the payment inside.  We have provided envelopes and a pen in a ziploc bag for your convenience. Please write your name and unit number on the envelope.
• You can always mail your check but DO NOT mail cash!
• We will show units to customers by meeting you outside and keeping 6 foot distance at all times as we walk you to the unit for showing.
• If you arrive at our office, please call our main number 282-4844 and we will instruct you on what to do based on your call.
